Lloyd Ball began learning his craft when he first picked up a hammer on his father Rich's construction sites. Rich passed down a lifetime of building experience to Lloyd, including his passion and pride for creating works of art with his hands. A master craftsman in his own right, Lloyd carries on his family's traditions of excellence, honesty, and integrity with everything he builds.

Lloyd's expert knowledge and hands on experience in every stage of home building is the backbone of his business, allowing him to personally complete or oversee any aspect of construction with uncompromising standards, from foundational footings and concrete formed wall to custom milling and the finest grade woodworking.

Lloyd has completed custom projects ranging from log homes to modern homes in Colorado and surrounding areas, an ocean view artist retreat in Hawaii, and a multi-million dollar modern mountain home in the Sierra-Nevadas.

Lloyd carries on the family tradition of passing on his experience to his son Dylan Ball. A formidable builder in his own right, Dylan loves getting into the details, whether it's perfectly hanging a door, laying intricate stone tiles piece by piece, or relaxing in his off hours creating custom leatherwork or merch for his brand Double D.
